Lenovo P70 with 4000mAh Battery Launched in China for CNY 1399

Lenovo has a launched a new budget 4G-LTE phone, dubbed the Lenovo P70. Lenovo P70 is set offer 4G connectivity and massive battery life on budget. The Lenovo P70 is now available to buy in China at CNY 1,399 (~Rs.14,000) and is also listed on company’s UAE and Russia website with no word about its release in other regions.

The design of the phone might not be appealing, but the Midnight Blue Color of the phone is soothing. Lenovo P70 measures 142×71.8×8.9mm, weighs 149 grams, and is listed only in Midnight Blue colour. The Lenovo P70 packs sensors such as accelerometer, ambient light sensor, magnetometer, and proximity sensor. Apart from 4G LTE, the Lenovo P70 offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth connectivity options.

The Lenovo P70 is a dual-SIM device which runs the recent Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. It comes with a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display. The Lenovo P70 is indeed power packed with its 4000mAh battery and the much touted Quick-Charge feature which is expected to charge from 0 to 100% in 3 Hours.  Notable feature of the Lenovo P70 is its 4000mAh battery. Lenovo P70 is powered by a 1.7 Ghz Octa-core MediaTek processor coupled with 2GB RAM. It sports a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash while there is a 5-megapixel fixed-focus front-facing camera also on board. The Lenovo P70 comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card.

Like all the Lenovo phones, Lenovo P70 is also expected to be filled with pre-installed bloatware but for the price range the phone does offer some exciting features and specifications.
