HTC One mini

HTC is finally back in business by making HTC One. HTC One is considered one of the best smartphones in the market, but not everyone can afford it. HTC, like any other company, knows about it and released a ‘cheaper’ version of the device, with “no compromise”; The HTC One mini.

HTC One mini, is just same in looks and on-board software, little small in form-factor tough. On the inside, it packs a Snapdragon 400 1.4 Ghz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB non-expandable memory. Ah, there is no NFC but, luckily, LTE is present. OIS and the IR blaster is also missing, but the company says it “the exact same¬†experience”. The compromises for the all are in terms of the hardware and technical terms and not practical. Most users won’t even feel the lacking of those features.

HTC added a 720p Super LCD3 screen, which is quite sharp despite its ‘technically’ lower PPI of 341.¬†BoomSound, a ‘good’ feature of HTC One is recreated correctly on the One mini, as with the UltraPixel camera sensor. LTE band support with the One mini will also be identical to the original, though the battery capacity is reduced to 1800mAh.
