Samsung Galaxy S IV rumoured to be launched in March

As expected, Samsung is going to release its next smartphone in the Galaxy S series this year. Next being the Galaxy S IV.  A lot of rumors have been set for this device by now. It is expected to pack a 5 inch 1080p display. Samsung have plans to break out the record of the previous Galaxy Smartphone the Galaxy S III. Samsung expects to sell 10 million Galaxy S IV smartphone per month. Now that’s a huge target. Also to accomplish this, Samsung has been ordering a lot of parts for the Galaxy S IV.

If Samsung is successful in selling 10 million devices per month, it would be a huge achievement for the company as it took almost 50 days for the company to sell the same number of Samsung Galaxy S III devices.

Samsung Galaxy S IV is likely to pack a Exynos 5 Octa processor clocked at 1.8Ghz coupled with 2 GB of ram. Samsung is not only going to put up a 5 inch 1080p display in it but also working on a new pixel layout for the new AMOLED panels according to a DigiTimes report, this will bump the pixel density of the Device to more than 440ppi.

It is also rumored that the smartphone will feature a 13 MP camera with a 2 MP front shooter. Earlier Samsung announced Smart Stay with the Galaxy S III, this time Samsung is taking a step even further. Samsung recently filed a patent for ‘Eye Scroll’ and ‘Eye Pause’, we expect these to be packed with the Galaxy S IV.

According to all the rumors, Galaxy S IV will be a beast with a lot of innovative features, Apple on the other hand should look towards some other innovative feature in order to tackle Samsung. So till the release of Galaxy S IV, we can only hope that all our geeky fantasies are fulfilled!
