MWC 2015: Samsung Starts Sending Invites for Launch of next Flagship Smartphone

27 days prior to the actual event, Samsung has sent in invites for the Unveiling of its new high-end phone(s). The invite is nothing but a ‘bent’ metallic line with a tag line “What’s Next”. The thing strange about the invite is the event name on the invite. The Samsung unveiling events are usually referred to as ‘Samsung Unpack’ but this invite says ‘Samsung Galaxy Unpacked’. The event is scheduled for the Mobile World Congress on March 1st at Barcelona. The event is supposed to be the release of Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S Edge.

The Galaxy S6 is rumored to come with Samsung’s own Exynos processor, a 5.1/5.3-inch display, 3/4GB RAM, a metallic unibody and a 20MP camera with OIS (Optical Image Stablization). The company will also be optimizing TouchWiz to make the handset as smooth as the Nexus 6. A curved variant of Samsung Galaxy S6 is also expected may be the Samsung Galaxy Edge. [story building up…]
