Motorola Moto G to get Android Lollipop Update Soon

Motorola is planning to provide the Indian Moto G first generation users with an update to much awaited operating system, Android Lollipop 5.0. Though there have been no official words on the update for the Motorola smartphones, the expectations from the craving Indian customers might force Motorola to roll out the update in the next couple of weeks. So, if everything goes as per planned, Motorola Moto G Indian users are expected to get the update by mid-December.

Considering Motorola’s previous records in rolling out updates, we don’t think Moto G users will have to face much of delay to their much awaited Android Lollipop 5.0, which packs a lot of features such as, interactive lock screen, guest users, application pinning and a lot more. You can check out some of the cool features Android Lollipop offers here.

Adding flesh to the bones, Motorola also hints about the Android Lollipop update roll out with the email sent to developers, which invites them to join the testing of Motorola’s new software release, by providing them an early access to the same, but the developers owning a Moto G smartphone can only take part in the feedback process. This makes it even more clear that the Indian customers are an inch close from receiving the official update to the next version of the operating system.
