Overview: Sony Xperia SP

So for those of you who have been waiting for Sony’s latest smartphone, there is a good news. Sony Xperia SP in now up for pre-order across some online website. And wait, this isn’t the only good news. Although Sony launched this Phone with a price tag Rs 27,490, the online websites are offering the phone at a discounted price of Rs. 25,490. For those of you unaware of this phone, here are some specifications and features .

Not only the phone’s specifications are impressive, but it is good looking too. The phone is available in black, red and white which would definitely appeal to a large number of people. The design of the phone is similar to Sony’s flagship Xperia Z.

One of the perks of having this Phone is that it is 4G ready too.  It will come with Jellybean 4.1.2 out of the box and is powered by a 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor. The graphics department is handled by Adreno 320 GPU.  Along with a 2370 mAH battery, the Company has added it’s own touch by introducing Stamina mode to improve the battery life.

But  the most unique feature of the Phone is the  ability to connect to Sony’s DualShock 3 controller and use it to play games on the Phone rather than using on-screen controls.

Sony has put pretty much everything in this Phone a consumer can desire for. With a competitive price tag, good looks and some unique features, Sony has declared that it won’t lag behind other Smartphone Makers in any department.
